Menimo

Menimo — terms for users

In force from 4 October 2026.

1. What Menimo is. Menimo is a search service for classes and training run by Doju Ltd (Business ID 2708306-1, Finland). It shows you places and times, and helps you book. The seller is always the provider — the studio, coach or club you book with. We are not a party to your booking and never handle your money. Our own contract with you covers only the search and the reviews.

2. Trader or private person. Each listing says whether the provider declared itself a trader or a private person. Consumer protection law applies to a purchase from a trader; it does not apply to a purchase from a private person.

3. Three ways to book. - Book directly: your booking is made at once. With most providers you book on the provider's own booking page on our platform, where you see the provider's price, terms and cancellation rules before you confirm. With some, your booking is confirmed on the spot and you pay the provider when you arrive. A booking with a trader for a set time is a leisure service with no 14-day right of withdrawal; you can cancel it on the provider's cancellation terms, which you see before you confirm and in your confirmation e-mail. - Book and wait for confirmation: you first confirm your e-mail address with the link we send you, and then your request goes to the provider. The provider confirms whether the time is free, usually within three days, and receives your contact details when it confirms. A confirmed request is a booking; until then you have no booking and nothing to pay. - Go to the provider's own booking: we send you to the provider's site; everything from there is between you and the provider.

When you book for others, you book and pay for their places, and you confirm they agreed to you giving us their name and address.

Cancellations, refunds, prices and anything about the class are the provider's. Questions about them go to the provider; the contact is on the listing.

4. No account. Menimo has no user accounts; the studio or trainer you book with may create a customer account for you in its own system. You act through links we e-mail you, for example the link in a review invitation. You must be 18 or older to book; a guardian books for a child on the provider's own page.

5. Reviews. You may review a provider only after a visit we can verify: a booking made on the platform whose class has taken place. One review per visit; one to five stars, and text if you like. Your review is published 24 hours after you send it, and you can change or withdraw it before then and edit or delete it at any time later. Do not name other clients, do not include anyone's health information, and write only about your own experience. Your text is checked automatically when you send it; if a sentence seems to name someone or include health information, we show it to you to change. We never remove a review for being negative; we remove one only if it is not from a verified visit, is abusive, contains someone else's personal or health information, or is unlawful. We offer nothing for a review, and providers may not either.

6. Sponsored results. A result marked "Sponsored" is from a provider that pays for a Pro listing and is shown before others at the same distance. How we order results is explained on our ranking page, one click from every results page.

7. Reporting content. Every listing and review has a "report" link. Tell us what is wrong and where; we acknowledge your report, decide, and tell you and the provider why.

8. Complaints. About Menimo itself: write to us at privacy@doju.org; we answer within one business day. About a class, a booking or a payment: the provider. If you and a trader cannot agree, you may take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) and get advice from the Consumer Advisory Service (kkv.fi).

9. Changes and law. We announce changes to these terms on Menimo and by e-mail; a change applies from the date we give. Finnish law applies. Nothing here limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.
